- Tamizh Awards was constituted to celebrate communication that displays a superior understanding of the Tamizh consumer, the language, culture, art, music, cinema… the Tamizh way of life.
- However, Tamizh not only belongs to TamizhNadu , but to the entire world. For it has influenced, impacted and enriched many languages of the world.Similarly, Tamizh has always accepted and recognized contributions from other languages.
- It's in this spirit that we decided to recognize and celebrate great work of communication created in English too, that's targeted at Tamizh.
