  • All creative material submitted in the competition will become the property of Jeevan Blood Bank
  • The decision of judges on behalf of Jeevan Blood Bank will be final and no disputes/correspondences thereafter will be entertained
  • Jeevan Blood Bank reserves the right to reproduce and use any of the entries for publicity purpose in original as well as adapted forms
  • Each entrant accepts full responsibility in respect of the quality of advertisement entries and discharges Advertising Club Madras and Jeevan Blood Bank from any responsibility in respect of third parties liability
  • Each entrant agrees not to hold Jeevan Blood Bank for any claims made against them by reason of any presentation including copyright of ideas and images
  • Neither Advertising Club Madras nor Jeevan Blood Bank will be held responsible for lost material or for any delivery/courier or postal charges
  • The above mentioned rules and regulations are not exhaustive. Advertising Club Madras and Jeevan Blood Bank reserves the right to amend the same to allow fair judging and in keeping with the spirit of creative competitiveness
