No offside, all infringements will be awarded indirect free kicks.

Rules on bookings
Same as prescribed by FIFA. 2 yellow cards to a player in the same match attracts a red card. The expelled player misses the next match. On receiving a yellow card each in back to back matches, the player misses the 3rd match.
Rules for goalkeeping
The goal keeper cannot touch the ball by hand outside the penalty area. In case he touches the ball outside the penalty area by hand the goalkeeper will be shown a yellow card and an indirect free kick will be awarded to the opponent team from the place the ball is touches.
Format:
The competition is divided into 2 stages.
The teams will be drawn into the different groups and then on completion of round robin or knockout matches the points will determine the places for the advanced stages.
Stage-I:
- Round Robin or Knockout*
- Teams will be drawn into groups with 3 or 4 teams in each group and will compete against each other in the group for the points.
- Each team will play a match against every other team or a knockout match in the group.
On winning the dual the winner will be given 3 points and on a draw I point each will be given to the teams.
- The top teams on points or the winning team from each group will advance to the next stage, if that too is same then the less goal conceding team will get the advantage. Next will be the result of head to head match, the winner of that round. Then the number of cards and the last resort will be a tie breaker of 5 penalty shots for each team.
Stage 2
- Final- Knock outs
- In the next round the teams will be paired for knockout matches. The winners will advance to the next stage and subsequent winners will determine the champions.
